Cancellation Policy for Videography/Drone Contract

1. Introduction:

This cancellation policy applies to the videography/drone services contracted between [Client's Name] (referred to as "Client") and [Videography/Drone Company's Name] (referred to as "Company"). Both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation by the Client:

2.1 If the Client wishes to cancel the videography/drone contract, a written notice must be provided to the Company as soon as possible.

2.2 The following cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period provided:

     a) If the cancellation notice is received more than [X] days before the scheduled event, the Client will be refunded [Y]% of the total contract amount, excluding any non-refundable deposits.

     b) If the cancellation notice is received within [X] days of the scheduled event, the Client will be responsible for paying [Z]% of the total contract amount as a cancellation fee, excluding any non-refundable deposits.

3. Cancellation by the Company:

3.1 In the unlikely event that the Company needs to cancel the videography/drone contract due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, or extreme weather conditions), the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client as soon as possible.

3.2 In such cases, the Company will provide the Client with the option to reschedule the event or receive a full refund, including any non-refundable deposits already paid.

4. Force Majeure:

4.1 Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this contract if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government regulations ("Force Majeure Event").

4.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, both parties agree to discuss alternative arrangements in good faith.

5. Changes and Rescheduling:

5.1 If the Client wishes to make changes to the videography/drone contract, including rescheduling the event, a written notice must be provided to the Company as soon as possible.

5.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the requested changes, but it cannot guarantee availability or accept changes that may conflict with other commitments.

5.3 Additional fees may apply for changes or rescheduling requests, and any fees already paid may be credited towards the new agreement.

6. Termination:

6.1 Either party may terminate this contract in the event of a material breach by the other party. Prior notice and an opportunity to cure the breach shall be given, unless the breach is incapable of being cured or is of a nature that warrants immediate termination.

6.2 In the event of termination by either party, the Client shall be liable for any services rendered and expenses incurred by the Company up to the date of termination.

7. Agreement:

By signing this contract or making a payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
